The effects os using ICT resources for developing digital competences in ESL elemetary students

Abstract

We want to thank especially to the English Coordinator of Secretaria de Educacion Publica, for being an accessible person, and permitting us to work in “Belisario Dominguez” primary school. Also, we want to thank to the principal of “Belisario Dominguez” primary school for allowing us to work with the 4° grade class and facilitated us the necessary equipment to carry out the treatment. We want to thank the teacher in charge of the group for helping us with the children.
