Abstract

The results of this research study show the motivational and demotivational factors that were present at the beginning of their profession as teachers and which ones are currently present in their life.Los resultados de este estudio de investigación muestran los factores motivacionales y desmotivadores que estaban presentes al comienzo de su profesión como docentes y cuáles están actualmente presentes en su vida.
