| dc.description.abstract | El propósito de esta investigación es compartir la experiencia del análisis estadístico aplicado en el ambiente laboral que prevalece en una institución de seguridad pública en Quintana Roo. El estudio se realizó con una herramienta estadística, el SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences), que permite captar el fenómeno a partir de la sistematización de los resultados mediante una encuesta. La implementación de esta técnica cuantitativa permite a los profesores trascender a otros espacios investigativos, multiplicar y replicar con los estudiantes de licenciatura en los procesos de enseñanza-aprendizaje. Los resultados del análisis contribuyen a mejorar el clima laboral en un área neurálgica de la seguridad pública como institución encargada del orden social a partir de acciones que permiten la gestión de los recursos humanos y materiales, y así incrementar la calidad en el servicio de seguridad que recibe la sociedad y que afecta positivamente al territorio y contribuye para el desarrollo. | es_MX |
