Following the etemal need and desire to know the places that form their environment, people arrive at the most amazing and extraordinary place in the world called the ocean. Human beings hove always felt an uncontrollable wish to delve into the mysteries of the sea. "In the course of their slow conquest of the deep, they hove discovered the laws of decompression, and hence the art of scuba diving."l To understand this marine adventure means to come into contact with some of the most beautiful and colorful creatures ever conceived by nature. lt also leads to "the revelation of the multiplicity of living forms in the coral cathedrals that tower up from the living carpet of plankton and algae."2 However, not in every part of the oceans do people hove the opportunity to see and enjoy the majesty of the sea world at one of its maximum levels.
