As a test in the school system is the manifestation of a given method of teaching, the questions that guide this research are the following: is the language used to teach/evaluate students at high schools the same to the one used in the CEI placement test? Are the activities used in public high schools similar to the ones included in the CEI placement test? Are the skills taught in high schools the same that the ones included in the CEI placement test? Is the evaluation in high schools similar or different to the one instrumented in the CEI placement test? Are the teaching methods used in public high schools the same to the one reflected in the CEI placement test at the UQROO?
